Hosting
The site and API are operated by SymAlgo Technologies. Commercial documents (quotes, invoices) are issued by Pennylane. For infrastructure details, contact the publisher.
Personal data
Account and licenses: email, identity, organization. Sales: billing address, optionally SIRET, sent to Pennylane for quotes and invoices. Student download: institution and email are required; an account is created (password by email). Observation chronicles stay under your control (local or ActoGraph cloud). GDPR rights: contact@symalgo-tech.com. Contact form: name, email, subject and message are sent to the team by email and are not stored in a site database.
Cookies
A technical cookie is required for account authentication. The public site and the signed-in area are measured with Matomo Cloud under the CNIL consent exemption: aggregated statistics, IP addresses truncated by two bytes, cookies set only on this site, no advertising and no cross-referencing with other processing. You can refuse this measurement for this browser. The refusal is stored in a cookie on this site.
Intellectual property
ActoGraph, its trademarks and site contents are protected. Some code is published as open source; that does not authorize professional use without a license. Downloading does not transfer rights beyond the granted license.
